To operate manually, pull the engagement lever towards the handwheel until it remains in position, then turn the handwheel (clockwise to close, anti-clockwise to open). The lever returns to auto-position automatically when operated electrically.
Operate the valve manually to a fully open or closed position. Ensure the actuator is in the same mode. Mount the actuator, checking that stems are centered and aligned. Check fitment for distortion if using a bracket, and verify smooth movement manually.
