DRAGFLOW guarantees that its machines will be free from factory and material defects for 12 months (1 year) from the invoice date. This warranty does not cover consumable parts or items subject to normal wear and tear, such as seals, gaskets, impellers, and wear-plates.
According to standard maintenance guidelines, the seal zones should be greased at the end of each shift or every 8 working hours, using a recommended water-resistant grease.
If you experience priming problems, stop the pump immediately by pressing the STOP button. Wait for about 30 seconds while leaving the pump immersed to allow trapped air to escape before restarting.
