Most 2GIG sensors use Lithium batteries (CR123A or CR2032). Twist the sensor cover counter-clockwise or press the tab to remove the cover, remove the old battery, and insert the new one observing the correct polarity. Always dispose of used batteries properly.
A low battery alert indicates that a specific sensor or the main panel has a depleted battery. For sensors, replace the battery immediately to ensure continued protection. For the panel, ensure it is connected to AC power.
To enter programming mode, tap the 2GIG logo or System Settings icon, then enter the Installer Code (default is often 1561) or the Master Code depending on the desired action.
