1. Giriş

3.1 Genel Güvenlik

3.2 Motorlu Testere ile İlgili Özel Güvenlik

4. Kurulum ve Montaj

The KIMO 8-Inch Cordless Mini Chainsaw is designed for quick and tool-free assembly. Follow these steps to prepare your chainsaw for use.

4.1 Pil Şarjı

1. Connect the fast charger to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show its status.
2. Insert the 4.0Ah battery into the charger. The indicator light will turn red, signifying charging is in progress.
3. Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn green. Disconnect the battery from the charger.

4.2 Chain and Guide Bar Installation

1. Ensure the battery is removed from the chainsaw before assembly.
2. Unscrew the chain replacement knob counter-clockwise to loosen the cover and remove it.
3. Carefully place the saw chain around the guide bar, ensuring the cutting teeth are facing the correct direction (away from the motor).

5. Replace the cover and tighten the chain replacement knob clockwise until the chain is snug but can still be moved by hand.

4.3 Yağ Tankının Doldurulması

1. Motorlu testerenin gövdesindeki yağ deposu kapağını bulun.
2. Open the cap and use a funnel to pour appropriate chain oil into the tank. The tank capacity is 32ml.
3. Close the cap securely. The automatic oiling system will lubricate the chain during operation.

5. Kullanım Talimatları

Before operating, ensure all safety checks are complete and you are wearing appropriate PPE.

5.1 Motorlu Testerenin Çalıştırılması

1. Tam şarjlı pili yerine oturana kadar motorlu testereye yerleştirin.
2. Motorlu testereyi iki elinizle sıkıca kavrayın.
3. Press the lock-off button (safety switch) with one hand, then squeeze the trigger with the other hand to start the chainsaw. Release the lock-off button once the chainsaw is running.

5.2 Kesme Teknikleri

• Always maintain a stable and balanced stance.
• Allow the chainsaw to reach full speed before engaging the material.
• Apply light, consistent pressure. Let the saw do the work.
• For branches, cut from the top down to avoid pinching the blade. For larger logs, make a relief cut on the underside first.
• Avoid cutting into the ground, as this can dull the chain quickly.

6. Bakım

Düzenli bakım, motorlu testerenizin uzun ömürlü ve güvenli çalışmasını sağlar.

6.1 Chain Care

• Bileme: The 8660 alloy steel chain is designed for durability. Sharpen the chain regularly with a suitable file to maintain cutting efficiency.
• Gerginlik: Check chain tension frequently. A properly tensioned chain should be snug against the guide bar but still allow you to pull it around by hand. Adjust using the tool-free knob.
• Yenisiyle değiştirme: Replace the chain when it becomes dull beyond sharpening or shows signs of damage.

6.2 Temizlik ve Depolama

• After each use, remove the battery and clean the chainsaw. Use a brush to remove sawdust and debris from the guide bar, chain, and motor vents.
