4. Setting Up the Wireless Fence Boundary

The wireless fence creates a circular boundary around the remote transmitter's location.

1. Place the remote transmitter in a central, elevated location in your desired containment area, away from large metal objects or structures that could interfere with the signal.
2. Turn on the wireless fence function on the remote.
3. Adjust the range level (1-14 levels) on the remote to set the desired radius for the boundary. Start with a smaller range and gradually increase.
4. Walk the perimeter with your dog (on a leash) to identify the exact boundary line where the collar first emits a warning. Mark this boundary with flags (not included) for visual cues during initial training.
5. When the dog crosses the set boundary, the receiver collar will automatically emit a warning beep and vibration, prompting the dog to return to the safe area.
