Thank you for choosing the VARUN Electric Bike. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new e-bike. Please read it thoroughly before your first ride and keep it for future reference.

2. Unpacking the Bicycle
Carefully remove the electric bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect all parts for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Ensure all listed components are present before proceeding with assembly.

3. Montaj Talimatları
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VARUN Electric Bike. Refer to the accompanying video for visual guidance.
3.1. Kurulum Videosu

3.2. Gidona Montaj
Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube. Ensure the handlebar is aligned straight with the front wheel. Tighten the bolts securely using the provided tools.
3.3. Saddle Installation
Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the saddle height to a comfortable riding position, ensuring your feet can touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release lever or tighten the bolt.
3.4. Ön Tekerlek Montajı
Carefully remove any protective packaging from the front wheel and fork. Align the front wheel with the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake rotor slides correctly into the caliper. Secure the wheel using the axle nuts. Ensure the wheel spins freely without rubbing the brake pads.
3.5. Pedal Montajı
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads before installation. Tighten securely with a wrench.
3.6. Headlight and Fender Installation
Attach the front fender to the fork using the designated mounting points. Install the headlight onto the front of the fork or handlebar, connecting any necessary wiring. Attach the rear fender to the seat post or frame, ensuring it is securely fastened.
4. Operating Your VARUN Electric Bike
4.1. Battery Disassembly and Charging
To remove the battery, unlock it with the key and slide it out from the frame. The 36V 7.8AH lithium battery offers a range of up to 35 miles and charges in 4-6 hours. Charge the battery using the provided charger. Ensure the battery is securely locked in place before riding.

4.2. Instrumentation Display and Riding Modes
Your VARUN Electric Bike features an intuitive display to control power and riding modes. The bike offers three riding modes:
- Pure Electric Gliding: For effortless riding using only the motor.
- Pedal-Assisted Climbing: Provides motor assistance while you pedal, ideal for hills or extending range.
- Klasik Mod: Disables motor assistance for traditional bicycle riding.

The 350W brushless motor can instantly increase to 500W peak power, allowing the 24-inch tire to reach a top speed of 20 MPH, making it easy to cross urban hills.

5. Bakım
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your VARUN Electric Bike.
- Lastikler: Check tire pressure regularly. The 24-inch tires are designed for all terrains.
- Frenler: Inspect dual disc brakes for wear and proper function before each ride. Adjust as needed.
- Pil: Keep the battery charged. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Çerçeve: The lightweight aluminum alloy frame is durable. Clean with a damp Kumaş.
- Askıya alma: The front fork suspension provides a smooth ride. Periodically check for proper function.

6. Sorun Giderme
