1. Giriş

The SUNOL Smart Ring is a wearable device designed for comprehensive health and activity monitoring. It tracks various physiological metrics to provide insights into your well-being. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Smart Ring.

3. Kurulum Kılavuzu

3.1 Uygulama Kurulumu ve Eşleştirme

1. Uygulamayı indirin: Scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or search for the official 'Smart Health' app on your device's app store (compatible with iOS and Android).

3.2 Proper Wearing

4.2 Etkinlik Takibi

The Smart Ring automatically tracks your daily activity and offers specific modes for exercise.

• Adım Sayımı: Records your daily steps and estimated distance.
• Egzersiz Modları: Select specific exercise modes (e.g., walking, running, cycling) within the app to track workout-specific data like calories burned and heart rate zones.

4.3 Family Care

With the Family Care feature, you can monitor the health status of family members who also use a SUNOL Smart Ring. Link their devices through the app to view their health data remotely.

5. Bakım

5.1 Akıllı Yüzüğün Şarj Edilmesi

The Smart Ring is charged using the provided charge box and cable. A full charge typically provides 2-3 days of battery life. The quick charge compartment allows for rapid recharging.

1. Place the Smart Ring into the charge box, ensuring proper alignment with the charging contacts.
2. Connect the charge box to a power source using the provided USB cable.
3. The indicator lights on the charge box will show the charging status.

5.2 Su ve Toz Direnci

The Smart Ring has an IP68 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily activities such as showering, swimming, and hand washing. However, avoid prolonged exposure to hot water or steam, and do not press buttons underwater.

5.3 Temizlik

Clean the Smart Ring and its sensors regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the device.

6. Sorun Giderme

• Cihaz eşleşmiyor: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone, the ring is charged, and within range. Restart both the app and the ring (if possible) and try pairing again.
• Yanlış okumalar: Ensure the ring is worn correctly and snugly on your finger. Avoid excessive movement during measurements. Check for any dirt or debris on the sensors.
