The LumeGen Universal Tube supports both Type A (ballast compatible) and Type B (ballast bypass/direct wire) installations. Always ensure power is OFF before beginning installation.

4.1. Type A (Ballast Compatible) Installation

- Locate the CCT Switch: On one end of the LED tube, you will find a small slider switch labeled with color temperature options (3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, 6500K).
