1. Giriş

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your MechMaxx EFS60 60-inch PTO Powered 3 Point Standard Duty Flail Mower. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly, operation, or maintenance to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

Your safety and the safety of others are paramount. Always observe the following safety precautions when operating or maintaining the flail mower.

4. Kurulum ve Montaj

Follow these steps for initial setup and assembly of your flail mower.

4.1. Add Gearbox Oil

1. Locate the gearbox oil filler hole on the top of the gearbox.
2. Doldurma tapasını çıkarın.
3. Carefully add 1.20 liters (1.27 quarts) of 85W-90 gearbox oil. Refer to Figure 2.1 for visual guidance.
4. Replace the filler plug securely.

4.2. Attaching to Tractor

1. Ensure the tractor is turned off, in neutral, and the parking brake is engaged.
2. Align the mower's 3-point hitch with the tractor's Category 1 3-point hitch arms.
3. Securely attach the lower hitch pins and the top link pin.
4. Connect the PTO drive shaft to the tractor's PTO spline. Ensure it locks securely. The PTO shaft RPM should be 540 RPM.
5. Verify all connections are tight and secure before operation.

5. Kullanım Talimatları

Follow these guidelines for effective and safe operation of your flail mower.

• Tractor Compatibility: The mower is compatible with tractors ranging from 15-35 horsepower.
• PTO Engagement: Slowly engage the PTO to bring the mower up to operating speed (540 RPM).

6. Bakım

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your flail mower.

• Gearbox Oil Check: Regularly check the gearbox oil level and top up or replace as needed. Refer to Section 4.1 for oil specifications.
• Flail Hammer Inspection: Periodically inspect the flail hammers for wear, damage, or looseness. Replace worn or damaged hammers promptly.

• Rotor Bearings: Inspect the rotor bearings for any signs of wear or damage. Lubricate as per manufacturer recommendations.
