1. Installing Router Bits:

1. Unscrew the chuck (collet nut) from the router spindle.
2. Insert the desired router bit into the collet cone, ensuring it is fully seated.
3. Screw the chuck back onto the spindle and tighten securely with the provided wrenches.

2. Attaching Bases:

The router unit can be attached to either the fixed base or the plunge base depending on your application. Align the router unit with the chosen base and secure it using the locking mechanism. Ensure it is firmly seated and locked before operation.

3. Depth Adjustment:

Adjust the routing depth using the depth adjustment knob and depth scale. For precise operation, make small adjustments and test on a scrap piece of material.
