1. Giriş

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your HOCANFLO 300W Macerating Pump. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain them for future reference.

The HOCANFLO 300W Macerating Pump is designed to facilitate the installation of a new bathroom or utility area where traditional gravity drainage is not feasible. It effectively grinds and pumps wastewater from toilets, sinks, showers, bidets, and washing machines to the main drainage system.

5.1 Yerleştirme

Position the pump close to the toilet and other sanitary appliances it will serve. Ensure there is sufficient space for connections and future maintenance. The unit should be placed on a stable, level surface.

Connect the discharge pipe from the pump to your main drainage system. Ensure the pipe run includes a vertical section for proper operation and that the pipe diameter is appropriate for the pump's output. The pump can lift water up to 5 meters vertically and pump up to 60 meters horizontally.

6. Operasyon

The HOCANFLO 300W Macerating Pump operates automatically. When wastewater enters the unit, a float switch activates the motor, which grinds solids and pumps the liquid away. The pump will stop automatically once the water level drops.

6.1 Manuel Kontrol

A manual switch is located on the top of the unit. This switch can be used to manually activate the pump, which is useful for draining the unit during maintenance or in case of an emergency. To activate, simply press the manual switch. Ensure the power is disconnected before any internal maintenance.

7. Bakım

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your macerating pump.
