This Spigen Tough Armor case is specifically designed for the iPhone 11 Pro Max (2019). It is not compatible with the iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro models.

- Ensure your iPhone 11 Pro Max is clean and free of dust or debris.
- Separate the two layers of the case: the soft TPU inner layer and the hard polycarbonate outer shell.
