• Position the caster plate on the desired mounting location. The top plate measures 4-1/2 inches in length by 4 inches in width.
• Mark the bolt hole locations. The bolt hole patterns are 3 inches x 3 inches and 2-5/8 inches x 3-5/8 inches.
• Drill pilot holes if necessary, ensuring they are appropriate for 0.375-inch bolts.
• Secure the caster using appropriate bolts, washers, and nuts. Tighten all fasteners securely to prevent loosening during operation.
• Verify that the caster is firmly attached and can swivel freely before applying load.
