2. Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of pancake batter into the center of each 2-inch mold. Do not overfill, as batter will expand during cooking.

3. Close the lid. The Ready light may turn off temporarily as the appliance maintains temperature.
4. Cook for approximately 2-4 minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through. Cooking time may vary based on batter consistency and desired browning.
5. Carefully open the lid. Using the included pancake flipper or a heat-resistant non-metallic utensil, gently remove the cooked mini pancakes.

6. Close the lid to allow the appliance to reheat for the next batch. The Ready light will illuminate again when ready.
7. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when finished cooking.
