1. Giriş

DYMO LetraTag 100T is a handheld and portable label maker designed for organizing various items in your home or office. It features a QWERTY keyboard and a graphical display, allowing you to preview labels before printing. This manual provides instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your label maker.

2. Kurulum

2.1. Cihaza Güç Verme

LetraTag 100T requires four (4) AA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included with the device.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the label maker.

2.2. Installing a Label Cassette

The device uses DYMO LetraTag LT label cassettes. The bundle typically includes one black on white paper label cassette and one black on clear plastic label cassette.

1. Ensure the label maker is powered off.
2. Locate the label compartment cover on the back of the device.

3.2. Typing and Editing

The label maker features a QWERTY keyboard for easy text entry. The graphical display shows your text and formatting options before printing.

• To type letters, use the QWERTY keyboard.
• To type numbers, press the 123 button to switch to number mode. Press again to return to letter mode.

• The A-a button allows you to switch between uppercase and lowercase letters.

3.4. Printing and Cutting

1. After typing and formatting your desired text, press the large Yazdır düğme.
2. The label will feed out from the top of the device.
3. To cut the label, press the blue Kesici button (marked with scissors icon) on the left side of the label maker.
4. Carefully peel the backing off the printed label and apply it to your desired surface.

DYMO LetraTag 100T supports various label types, each suited for different applications:

• Paper Labels: Ideal for general indoor use such as filing, storage, and financial management. Suitable for files, folders, paper binders, cartons, and boxes.
• Plastic Labels: Durable and wipeable, these labels are great for storage containers of all shapes and sizes. They are easy to read and clean, and suitable for indoor use.
• Iron-On Labels: Designed for clothing and textile items. These machine-washable labels can be ironed onto fabric for easy identification.
• Metallic Labels: Tear-resistant, wipeable, and long-lasting. Metallic labels are suitable for electronics, accessories, garage storage, and color-coded projects like scrapbooking. For indoor use.

5. Bakım

5.1. Cihazın Temizlenmesi

To ensure optimal performance, periodically clean the print head and cutter blade. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2. Pil Ömrü

The device features an auto-off power saver function to conserve battery life. Replace batteries when the 'Battery Low' indicator appears on the display.
