3.3 Kablolama

The device requires a DC24V power supply and provides a 4-20mA analog output. Refer to the wiring terminals located under the protective cover for connection. Ensure all connections are secure and follow local electrical codes.

4. Kullanım Talimatları

4.1 Ekran ve Kontroller

4.2 Temel İşlemler

  1. Güç Açık: Once correctly wired, the device will power on and the LCD will illuminate.

    • Ensure the sensor surface is clean and free from obstructions.
    • Verify the installation height and dead zone settings are correct for your application.
    • Check for any physical obstructions in the measurement path.
    • Confirm the liquid surface is not excessively turbulent, which can affect ultrasonic readings.
  • No Analog Output (4-20mA): Check the wiring for the analog output. Verify the receiving control system is correctly configured to read the 4-20mA signal.
  • Parazit yapmak: While the device is designed to resist interference, ensure it is not placed too close to strong electrical noise sources. The built-in anti-thunder and anti-short circuit devices provide protection against common electrical disturbances.
