Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device and retain it for future reference. This device is intended for home use to measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate.

5. Kurulum
5.1. Pil Kurulumu

6. Kullanım Talimatları
6.1. Ölçüme Hazırlık
- Ölçümden 30 dakika önce yemek yemekten, alkol almaktan, sigara içmekten, egzersiz yapmaktan ve banyo yapmaktan kaçının.
- Ölçüm yapmadan önce en az 5 dakika dinlenin.
- Sırtınız destekli ve ayaklarınız yere düz basacak şekilde rahat bir pozisyonda oturun.
- Remove any tight clothing from your wrist.
6.2. Bilek Manşetinin Takılması
- Place the monitor on your left wrist with the display facing upwards.
- Ensure the cuff is positioned approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) from your palm.
- Fasten the cuff snugly but not too tightly.
- Position your wrist at heart level during the measurement.

6.3. Ölçüm Alma
- Basın BAŞLAT/DURDUR button to turn on the monitor. The cuff will automatically inflate.

- Once the measurement is complete, the systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- The device will automatically store the reading and power off after a period of inactivity.

6.4. Hafıza İşlevi
The monitor stores up to 120 measurements for two users.

7. Bakım
