1. Pil Kurulumu

The YINMIK YK-2S pH meter requires alkaline batteries (included). To install or replace batteries, locate the battery compartment on the back of the device. Open the compartment, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and securely close the cover.

Kalibrasyon

Regular calibration ensures the accuracy of your pH meter. The YINMIK YK-2S features a 3-point auto-calibration function. It is recommended to calibrate the meter frequently, especially if it has been stored for more than 15 days or if you require high precision.

1. Prepare the buffer solutions: Dissolve the provided pH buffer powder (7.00, 4.00, and 10.01) into 250ml of distilled water each.
2. Rinse the electrode with purified water before each calibration point.
3. Calibrate pH 7.00: Immerse the electrode into the pH 7.00 buffer solution. Long press the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. Release when "7.00" starts flashing. Calibration is finished when the flashing stops.
4. Calibrate pH 4.00: Rinse the electrode. Immerse it into the pH 4.00 buffer solution. Long press the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. Release when "4.00" starts flashing. Calibration is finished when the flashing stops.
5. Calibrate pH 10.01: Rinse the electrode. Immerse it into the pH 10.01 buffer solution. Long press the "CAL" button for 5 seconds. Release when "10.01" starts flashing. Calibration is finished when the flashing stops.
