Kurmak

1. Pil Kurulumu

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Insert four (4) AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

2. Kol Manşetinin Bağlanması

3. Setting Date and Time (if applicable)

Refer to the specific instructions in your manual for setting the date and time, usually involving pressing the 'MEM' button in a specific sequence while the unit is off or in setup mode.

Kullanım Talimatları

Ölçüme Hazırlık

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measurement.
• Ölçüm yapmadan önce en az 5 dakika dinlenin.
• Sırtınız destekli ve ayaklarınız yere düz basacak şekilde dik oturun.
• Kolunuzu düz bir yüzeye yerleştirin, böylece manşet kalp hizasında olsun.
• Ensure the cuff is applied directly to bare skin, not over clothing.

Kol Manşetinin Uygulanması

1. Sol kolunuzu manşet halkasından geçirin. Hava hortumu kolunuzun iç kısmından aşağı doğru uzanmalıdır.
2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, securing it with the hook and loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

Ölçüm Alma

1. With the cuff correctly applied and the unit connected, press the BAŞLANGIÇ düğme.

3. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
4. The unit will automatically store the reading in its memory.
5. Basın BAŞLANGIÇ button again to turn off the unit, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.

The SmartHeart monitor stores previous readings for easy review.

ViewSaklanan Okumaların Kullanılması

• From the OFF state, press the MEME düğme.
• The most recent reading will be displayed first.
• Basın MEME button repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
• The unit will display the average of the last three readings (if available) before showing individual readings.

Belleği Temizleme

To clear all stored readings, press and hold the MEME button for approximately 5 seconds while in memory recall mode until "CLR" or "---" appears on the display, indicating memory has been cleared.

Bakım ve Özen

• Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Store the unit in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Do not drop or subject the unit to strong impacts.
• Regularly check the air tube and cuff for any signs of damage or wear.
