Kurmak

1. Pillerin Takılması

The monitor requires 4 AAA 1.5V batteries (included). To install:

1. Open the battery cover on the back of the unit.

Connect the air tube from the arm cuff into the air jack located on the left side of the monitor unit.

Kullanım Talimatları

• Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes before measurement.

• Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting comfortably on a table.
• Ensure the cuff is placed directly on your bare skin, not over clothing.

The standard arm cuff fits arm circumferences from 9 to 17 inches (22-43 cm).

1. Slide the end of the cuff furthest from the tube through the metal D-ring to form a loop. The smooth cloth side should be on the inside of the cuff loop.
2. Place the cuff on your left arm so the bottom edge is approximately 0.5-1 inch (1-2 cm) above your elbow. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose. The cuff should be at heart level.

Ölçüm Alma

1. Basın USER M1 or USER M2 button to select the desired user profile.

3. The monitor will automatically deflate and display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.
4. Basın BAŞLAT/DURDUR button again to turn off the unit. The unit will automatically turn off after 1 minute of inactivity.

Hafıza Fonksiyonları

The monitor stores up to 90 readings for each of two users (180 total memories).

• Viewing Memories: Ünite kapalıyken tuşuna basın. HAFIZA button. The most recent reading will be displayed first. Press HAFIZA repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
• Memory Averaging: The monitor automatically calculates the average of the last 3 readings for the selected user.
• Clearing Memories: To clear all memories for a selected user, press and hold the HAFIZA button for 5 seconds while in memory recall mode.

Monitörü Temizleme

• Clean the monitor body and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit or cuff in water.

Depolamak
